3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Chrome extension.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Payments & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Tool Access & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous access to all listed tools. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors outside our control (e.g., third-party tool maintenance, credential changes). We will endeavor to restore access as quickly as possible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to all tools will be immediately revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

ETA STORE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
